Reliability Manager

The Maintenance Reliability manager will lead and direct the team responsible for implementing all applicable maintenance and reliability standards for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, monitoring, and improving the integrity and reliability of plant equipment. Manages and leads the Planning, Scheduling and Execution of maintenance activities and responsible for ensuring quality maintenance work is executed according to site and industry best practices and standards. The responsibility also extends to maintenance contractors executing work for CP Kelco.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop personnel capability with the right skill sets and competencies to become a high-performing team aligned to the departmental and site objectives.
Provide input to all proposed Management of Changes to ensure changes do not conflict with company and PSM requirements (as well as site's reliability objectives) while ensuring that both personnel and equipment risks in their areas have been assessed and addressed prior to implementing the changes.
Develop, monitor, and manage reliability maintenance budget to achieve the plant financial targets
Manage the Utility Service Agreements to minimize the impact on plant costs
Serve on various cross function and department teams as required
Manage the mechanical integrity program to reduce safety, environmental, and quality risk
Implement plans and programs to continuously improve the maintenance department effectiveness
Provide oversight for the multi-craft training program for Mechanics and Electrician & Instrumentation Technicians
Implement and support the environmental, health, and safety management system.
Manage the condition monitoring programs including vibration Analysis and Tribology programs
Develop strategies aimed at improving equipment availability and reducing life-cycle cost
Develop detailed Preventative and Predictive Maintenance procedures.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related field or equivalent education and experience.
7+ years of experience in a Maintenance Manager or Reliability Manager role in a Manufacturing or Chemical Plant environment required.
Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a must
Extensive experience with Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
In depth knowledge of accepted Maintenance best practices and a sound understanding of reliability practices.
Experience implementing and management of Computer Maintenance Management Systems preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
